E and I made bread for dinner. We used two tablespoons of wheat gluten with our all-purpose flour to make the bread more stretchy and it worked great (you can buy wheat gluten - which looks like a darkish flour - from a normal grocery store). The strawberry jam we made a few months ago. J is enjoying the fruits of our labor.
